With over 16 years of experience in Human Resources within higher education, Amicus founder Becca Gould specializes in Employee Relations and has served as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to campus leadership. In her roles, she has been a trusted advisor, guiding leaders through complex organizational and personnel challenges.
Becca is a professionally trained leadership coach with substantial expertise in both individual leadership and remedial coaching. As a certified mediator, she is also highly skilled in navigating intricate workplace issues.
Becca's deep experience and specialized knowledge enable her to understand the unique challenges faced by professionals and teams, particularly within educational institutions. She brings valuable insights to help clients overcome obstacles and thrive in diverse environments.
When Becca isn't inspiring leaders and empowering personal and professional growth, you may find her spending time with her family, training for a marathon and cheering on Michigan football from her home in Houston, Texas.
